💼 About This Role

You'll build and evolve the Connect platform that integrates EV chargers and home energy devices for energy companies worldwide. Your work will directly enable smart charging and energy management at scale. This is a rare chance to shape the infrastructure layer of a rapidly scaling climate tech startup.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and maintain integrations with vendor cloud platforms for EV and home energy.
• Design and implement backend features supporting customer use cases.
• Work with PMs, Support, and Commercial teams to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to architecture and reliability of the Connect platform.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years experience building backend services in production.
• Experience with API or integration-heavy systems.
• Ability to own work from scoping to production rollout.
• Proficiency in Node/TypeScript and AWS stack.
• Clear communication and collaboration across teams.

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with energy, IoT, or connected device ecosystems.
• Experience with DynamoDB, TimescaleDB, Axiom.
• Prior exposure to API-first products or integration platforms.
