💼 About This Role

You'll configure and extend the Ivanti ITSM platform to automate technical processes. Your work will directly impact enterprise automation and system integration for a major telecom operator. This role offers remote work with a Ukrainian hybrid IT company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Implement and evolve Ivanti platform configurations and custom developments.
• Write code and create custom workflows for complex processes.
• Configure integrations with external systems (CMDB, APIs, etc.).
• Resolve complex technical incidents with IT teams and vendors.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years experience with enterprise automation platforms like Ivanti or ServiceNow.
• Strong JavaScript and SQL skills for custom development.
• Experience building and troubleshooting system integrations (REST APIs, web services).
• Knowledge of CMDB concepts and service modeling.

✨ Nice to Have

• Direct experience with Ivanti Neurons for ITSM.
• Developer certifications for Ivanti or other ITSM platforms.
• Experience with version control (Git).
