You'll create an exceptional shopping and piercing experience for customers in our Birmingham studio. You'll help customers choose jewelry, assist with piercings, and ensure our studio meets high standards. Ear stacking and brand representation are key parts of the role.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Warmly greet and welcome customers, check them in or book appointments.
• Help customers choose and style piercing and non-piercing jewelry.
• Upsell products like aftercare kits and non-piercing jewelry.
• Keep the studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.

📋 Requirements

• Ability to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Exhibit a can-do attitude and independent thinking.
• Strong communication skills and basic math skills.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for an 8-hour shift.
