Description

You will lead end-to-end product design and UX research for healthcare experiences, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional web and mobile interfaces. This is an individual contributor role with high ownership, focused on designing a member engagement platform and driving innovation through AI tools.

Requirements

• 8+ years UX/UI design for web and mobile, 4+ years senior or lead role
• Strong qualitative and quantitative research skills
• Working knowledge of Figma, usability testing tools, AI-enhanced design tools
• Experience with information architecture, UX writing, and content strategy
• Self-starter comfortable operating in ambiguity

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX/UI process for assigned products
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterative design validation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
• Design final solution screens and deliver with engineering team
• Drive innovation alignment through collaborative sessions
