Description

As an Account Manager at Breeze, you will manage and grow relationships with key US/EU merchants, driving retention, satisfaction, and revenue growth. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure client success and adoption of our payment solutions, helping scale the US Account Management function.

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or similar client-facing role in Payments/FinTech
  • Experience in scale-up/high-growth environments, growing strategic client relationships to drive revenue
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with global Sales, Product, Tech, Risk/Compliance teams
  • Ability to manage multiple high-priority merchant accounts and complex client issues
  • Clear communication, collaboration, and proactive problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

  • Own expansion, retention, and long-term success for a portfolio of key merchant accounts
  • Execute strategic account planning, QBRs, and client-facing product training
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales and Product teams to achieve product adoption
  • Build and maintain CRM systems, client health metrics, and standardized reporting workflows
  • Track and report on merchant churn rate, revenue growth, retention, and feature adoption
