You'll perform full-cycle bookkeeping and support month-end and year-end close processes. This role ensures accurate financial records in compliance with GAAP. One remote day each week offers flexibility.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform full-cycle bookkeeping including AP, AR, and payroll support
• Prepare and post journal entries and perform account reconciliations
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Prepare financial statements and internal financial reports

📋 Requirements

• Experience with full-cycle bookkeeping
• Proficiency in account reconciliations
• Knowledge of GAAP principles
• Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with payroll processing
• Certification such as CPA or CB
• Familiarity with budgeting and forecasting
