You'll join a national cannabis company as a Cultivation Flowering Associate, supporting plant care from transplant to harvest. You'll perform daily tasks like pruning, defoliating, and harvesting while ensuring clean and organized workspaces. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Assist with daily inspections for pests and diseases
• Perform plant pruning, trellising, and harvesting
• Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks
• Update logs related to job scope

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 21+ years old and reside in the USA
• Ability to obtain a Dispensing Organization Agent Card
• 1+ year of horticulture or agriculture experience
