Description

You will configure, maintain, and ensure reliable operation of computer systems and services critical to IC services. You'll manage server infrastructure, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new technologies.

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years of Systems Administrator experience
• Proficiency in managing Windows operating systems
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash)

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain server infrastructure including physical and virtual servers
• Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and security patches
• Monitor system performance and address issues proactively
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and perform root cause analysis
