💼 About This Role

You'll shape the future of WelbeHealth's workforce by designing and executing forward-looking workforce strategies that support scaling to serve more seniors. You'll partner with the Chief People Officer to build multi-year workforce projections and develop innovative talent pipelines. This role blends strategic planning with program execution.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver workforce development strategy with CPO and People Team leadership.
• Build multi-year workforce projections aligning talent needs with organizational growth.
• Explore and implement innovative workforce models including flexible staffing and AI-enabled solutions.
• Establish partnerships with academic institutions and workforce boards to build talent pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or commitment to attain within 3 years (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 10 years professional experience in HR.
• Minimum of 5 years specializing in workforce planning or talent strategy.
• Proven ability to lead initiatives from strategy through execution.
