🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage and lead a team of engineers, setting technical direction and goals.
• Own team execution, delivery, planning, prioritization, and performance management.
• Lead development of AI tools and applications from inception to implementation.
• Build and maintain infrastructure including Kubernetes clusters and ETL pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Prior experience leading or managing software engineering teams.
• Proficiency in Python and at least one systems programming language (e.g., Golang, C/C++).
• Familiarity with modern cloud infrastructure and data pipelines.
