💼 About This Role

You'll architect and implement AI-native backend services for a stealth-mode startup reimagining IT service management. You'll own complex features integrating LLMs and knowledge graphs into scalable enterprise workflows. This role offers the chance to define best practices for AI-augmented software engineering in a hands-on, high-velocity environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and evolve AI-native services embedding LLMs and reasoning capabilities.
• Lead design and implementation of backend services, APIs, and data infrastructure.
• Build user-facing features connecting frontend UI with backend systems.
• Integrate AI/LLM capabilities into backend pipelines and product logic.

📋 Requirements

• Strong background in backend systems and API design with SaaS production experience.
• Proficiency in one or more modern backend languages (Python, Go, Rust, C++).
• Hands-on experience with NoSQL and ideally graph databases.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
