You'll oversee daily service operations, manage technicians, and drive profitability for commercial electrical projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage daily service operations and dispatch technicians
• Review and approve service estimates and pricing
• Own service revenue, gross margin, and labor efficiency
• Lead, coach, and hold technicians accountable to safety and quality

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of commercial electrical experience
• Prior experience managing service technicians or field teams
• Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems and troubleshooting
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

✨ Nice to Have

• Journeyman or Master Electrician license
• Experience running or growing a service department
• Familiarity with service management or dispatch software
