Description

You will coordinate the MDS process, including care planning and managing reimbursements, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements in a long-term care setting. You will lead a person-centered environment while collaborating with families and the healthcare team.

Requirements

• Current OH RN license
• 3 years nursing experience (preferred for RNs without MDS experience)
• MDS or post-acute experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with ability to make prompt, accurate judgments
• Recognize resident autonomy and dignity

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development, completion, and transmission of assessments per regulations
• Manage reimbursement and review clinical documentation
• Case manage care plans including rehabilitative programs
• Lead and deliver high-quality services in a person-centered environment
• Meet with families regarding resident care
