💼 About This Role

You'll join a fast-growing fintech team building financial products for millions of Canadians. You will collaborate with talented developers, deliver high-quality code, and shape architecture while using cutting-edge tools like AI-powered development.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Write and ship impactful TypeScript, Node, GraphQL, MongoDB code
• Lead and mentor other developers while planning solutions
• Contribute to micro-services architecture with idempotency and asynchronous communication
• Perform code reviews and advocate for unit/integration testing

📋 Requirements

• Expertise in back-end development with APIs, queues, and scalable systems
• At least 6 years of work experience
• Mastery of programming principles and at least one language
• Ability to build full-stack web projects with complex business logic

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS a plus)
• Experience with non-SQL databases
• Experience with bigger multi-team projects
