You'll define and execute go-to-market strategies for new B2C digital products, including positioning, messaging, and audience segmentation. You'll influence the full user journey from acquisition to monetization, working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, data-driven environment. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to directly impact revenue at global scale.

- Define product marketing strategy including segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver growth initiatives.
- Optimize full-funnel performance with a strong LTV focus.
- Conduct market and competitor research to generate growth hypotheses.
- Drive experimentation through A/B testing and CRO to improve funnel efficiency.
๐ Requirements
- 5โ7+ years experience in product marketing or growth marketing for B2C digital products.
- Proven ability to impact core business metrics like revenue and retention.
- Strong expertise in segmentation, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
- Solid understanding of performance marketing channels (Google, Meta, TikTok) and funnel optimization.
