You'll manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle for new customers. Your core impact is ensuring successful platform deployment by driving project management, defining architecture, and facilitating integrations. You'll work cross-departments to translate client use cases into platform configurations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Manage implementation lifecycle from kick-off to handover
• Host functional and technical workshops with clients
• Define platform architecture and configure integrations
• Drive project management to ensure successful deployment

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years professional consulting experience
• Previous deployment experience of SaaS products
• Understanding and experience with APIs and SSO configuration
• Native German and very good English proficiency

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with HR-related SaaS products
• Technical background as Technical Account Manager or Pre-sales Consultant
