🎯 What You'll Do

• Own and articulate long-term product vision for robotics software and controls platform.
• Define and drive multi-year roadmap balancing scalability, differentiation, and integrity.
• Translate executive strategy and customer needs into system-level product requirements.
• Lead cross-functional prioritization across robotics, controls, perception, and ML pipelines.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years of product management in robotics, automation, AI/ML systems, or hardware platforms.
• Proven ownership of platform-level products with multi-team impact.
• Strong technical fluency in robotics software, controls, perception, and ML-enabled systems.
• Experience influencing executive stakeholders and shaping investment decisions.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in industrial robotics or PLC development environments.
• Understanding of factory KPIs and improvement methods.
• Knowledge of MES and ERP systems in manufacturing.
