Description

You will execute new product introduction builds, program and operate automated equipment, triage non-conforming products, and resolve production issues to ensure quality and delivery timelines for Starlink user terminals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalency + 2+ years hands-on manufacturing experience, OR bachelor's in engineering, math, or science
• Experience with automated equipment: paste printer, SPI, pick and place, reflow oven, AOI, X-ray, etc.
• Experience producing J-STD-001 Class 2, IPC-A-610 Class 2 hardware
• Experience with electrical tests (in-circuit/bed of nails)
• Ability to work 2nd shift (5pm-5am), overtime, weekends; lift 25 lbs; stand for long periods
