Description

You will lead IT hardware lifecycle management operations, overseeing procurement, asset management, and the device management platform (Oomnitza) to support a rapidly scaling defense technology company. This role involves driving process excellence, vendor management, and strategic alignment with business objectives.

Requirements

• 10+ years IT operations experience, 5+ years in management
• Experience managing IT asset management platforms (Oomnitza preferred)
• Strong knowledge of enterprise hardware ecosystems
• Proven vendor management and contract negotiation skills
• Excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making

Responsibilities

• Lead IT hardware operations and mentor a team
• Define and execute IT hardware procurement strategies
• Manage complete hardware asset lifecycle
• Optimize Oomnitza platform for automation and reporting
• Develop hardware roadmap and refresh cycles
