You'll act as a strategic partner to enterprise customers, driving adoption and value realization for Camunda's process orchestration platform. You'll own a portfolio of accounts, ensuring retention and growth through structured engagement. This remote role offers high visibility with cross-functional teams and the chance to shape a scaling CS practice.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of enterprise customers from onboarding to renewal.
- Drive retention and expansion by managing health and risk across accounts.
- Lead structured customer conversations like success plan reviews.
- Use data to prioritize actions and forecast outcomes.
๐ Requirements
- 6+ years in Customer Success or strategic account management in B2B software.
- Proven ability to build trust with senior and operational stakeholders.
- Experience supporting renewals and expansion in a recurring revenue model.
- Ability to interpret customer data (adoption, health signals) into insights.
โจ Nice to Have
- Experience with orchestration, automation, or adjacent domains.
- Hands-on familiarity with Salesforce or Gainsight.
- Track record of mentoring peers or contributing to playbooks.
