• Drive store sales and KPIs through motivational leadership
• Deliver tailored, sensorial customer service experiences

📋 Requirements

• Minimum 2 years retail management experience
• Proven commercial acumen and P&L accountability
• Customer centric approach with excellent communication skills
• Flexibility to work varied hours including some travel
