Description

As a Physical Therapist with BAYADA, you will provide rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, developing and implementing individualized care plans and collaborating with a multi-disciplinary team to help patients achieve their goals.

Requirements

• Current Physical Therapist license in Arizona
• Graduation from APTA or CAAHEP accredited program
• Solid computer skills; prior EMR experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic tests and measurements (mobility, range of motion, balance, safety)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans including therapeutic exercises and gait training
• Implement integumentary protective interventions for wound prevention and repair
• Continually assess and revise the Physical Therapy care plan
• Educate clients and families on rehabilitative care and activities
