💼 About This Role

You'll own the content flywheel for a premium clear aligner brand, building community and conversion content from scratch. Your work drives saves, DM shares, and consultation bookings in a 70/30 ratio. This is a rare chance to define the visual identity for an underserved category in the Philippines.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Shoot and edit Reels and Stories footage weekly
• Maintain the 70/30 content ratio across four types
• Run the weekly production rhythm (plan, shoot, cut, deliver)
• Flag and fix pipeline risks before they slow output

📋 Requirements

• Proven portfolio of video content for a premium brand
• Expertise in color grading and pacing for social media
• Ability to work on-site in BGC, Taguig full-time
• Instinct for visual storytelling that drives saves and shares
