As a Senior Compensation Analyst at Renaissance, you will design, implement, and administer compensation programs to support business growth. You'll conduct market benchmarking, manage global planning cycles, and partner with recruiting to optimize offers. Requirements

  • 5+ years of related compensation experience in a dynamic business
  • Subject matter expert on compensation fundamentals
  • Strong consultative skills, attention to detail, and communication skills
  • Experience with sales compensation, incentives, and equity programs

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed compensation analysis and modeling
  • Lead market benchmarking efforts to evaluate internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Manage execution of global planning cycles with focus on data integrity and process optimization
  • Partner with Recruiting Team to optimize offer processes and provide market insights
  • Develop and maintain compensation tools, dashboards, and templates
