You'll lead Centivo's full commercial engine, including new business acquisition, client retention, and revenue operations. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Craft and own enterprise-wide commercial strategy
• Lead and develop sales organization across all segments
• Own client success end-to-end, driving retention and growth
• Steer revenue operations and implementation functions

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in healthcare
• Proven track record of scaling a business from early-stage to growth
• Deep knowledge of self-funded employer health plan market
• Experience leading sales, client success, and revenue operations
