You'll serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers, guiding them in designing and scaling modern applications on cloud-native infrastructure and AI-driven architectures. You'll shape solutions spanning Kubernetes, service mesh, and next-generation AI systems, while driving onboarding and adoption. This role blends deep technical expertise with customer-facing leadership, offering direct exposure to cutting-edge AI and production systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Serve as primary technical advisor for strategic enterprise customers
• Lead end-to-end technical issue resolution with engineering and support teams
• Guide customers in adopting AI and agentic use cases
• Drive customer onboarding through workshops and tailored content

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in customer-facing technical role (Solutions Architect, Customer Success Engineer, SRE, or Senior Support Engineer)
• Kubernetes expertise with service mesh (Istio, Cilium) and API gateways (Envoy, Gloo Gateway)
• 1+ year hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, model-serving, agentic frameworks)
• Enterprise experience managing technical relationships in post-sales environments

✨ Nice to Have

• Scripting or programming in Python, Go, or Bash
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• Experience with Envoy or Gloo Gateway
