You'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every person feels welcome. Working closely with the Office Manager & Relocation Coordinator, you'll help build a workplace people are excited to come back to. This hands-on role offers variety and the satisfaction of keeping things organized.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Keep the office tidy, functional, and well-stocked.
  • Welcome visitors and ensure a great first impression.
  • Coordinate internal events and team moments.
  • Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.

📋 Requirements

  • Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
  • Organizational skills with ability to multitask.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  • Previous office coordination or hospitality experience is a plus.

✨ Nice to Have

  • Experience in hospitality or operations.
  • Dutch language skills.
  • Familiarity with event planning.
