You'll be the heartbeat of our office, ensuring everything runs smoothly and every person feels welcome. Working closely with the Office Manager & Relocation Coordinator, you'll help build a workplace people are excited to come back to. This hands-on role offers variety and the satisfaction of keeping things organized.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Keep the office tidy, functional, and well-stocked.
- Welcome visitors and ensure a great first impression.
- Coordinate internal events and team moments.
- Manage office supplies and vendor relationships.
📋 Requirements
- Proactive attitude with attention to detail.
- Organizational skills with ability to multitask.
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
- Previous office coordination or hospitality experience is a plus.
✨ Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality or operations.
- Dutch language skills.
- Familiarity with event planning.
