Description

You will own the full data layer for a new HR performance management tool, designing Snowflake schema, RBAC, and pipelines. Your architecture will directly influence performance reviews and compensation for over 1,500 employees, including executives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, Data Science, or related field plus 2+ years experience
• Strong SQL skills including query optimization and Snowflake-specific features
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake dynamic data masking and row access policies
• Experience building production tables and views in Snowflake
• Familiarity with data pipeline orchestration tools like Airflow

Responsibilities

• Design and implement RBAC architecture in Snowflake with row-level security
• Build data models for PM/GM tables, calibration history, and audit logs
• Manage nightly UKG data feed and integrate revenue goal data
• Implement GDPR/CCPA data anonymization and right-to-be-forgotten workflows
• Optimize Snowflake queries for responsive HRBP and ELT dashboards
