Description

You will ensure that Alo's Beverly Hills headquarters operates safely, efficiently, and meets luxury brand presentation standards. Handle building maintenance, emergency response, and vendor coordination while delivering hospitality-driven support to executives and employees.

Requirements

• 2-3 years supporting commercial buildings, corporate offices, hospitality, or luxury retail
• Hands-on knowledge of building maintenance and general repair work
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency with Outlook, Teams, Word, and work-order systems
• Valid U.S. driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on building systems and spaces
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical, HVAC support, door hardware, carpentry, drywall, painting, and fixtures
• Maintain a polished, guest-ready environment consistent with luxury brand standards
• Respond to building emergencies and participate in on-call rotation
• Manage facilities work orders in Asana or ServiceDesk and coordinate with vendors
