💼 About This Role
You'll own a portfolio of Growth customers, managing renewals and driving expansion for Common Room's AI GTM platform. Your core impact is helping teams adopt a signal-driven GTM approach while balancing relationship management with revenue ownership. This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career who is energized by customer ownership and commercial responsibility.
🎯 What You'll Do
- Own a portfolio of Growth customers for renewals and expansion.
- Manage full post-sales commercial lifecycle from handoff to renewal.
- Proactively identify upsell opportunities based on customer usage.
- Lead renewal and expansion conversations with negotiation.
📋 Requirements
- 2–5+ years of experience in Account Management or similar GTM role.
- Experience owning accounts end-to-end in B2B SaaS.
- Comfortable with commercial negotiation and value articulation.
- Technically curious about GTM tooling and data flows.

- Experience with CRM and GTM tools.
- Familiarity with AI or data platforms.
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment.
