💼 About This Role

You'll support the store leadership team in providing the best customer experience for music and pop culture fans. You'll use your fandom knowledge to train new recruits and drive sales while covering the sales floor and opening or closing the store as needed. This role offers a chance to step up and lead the team in daily operations.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide an amazing shopping experience to encourage repeat customers.
• Step up and provide leadership support when the manager is away.
• Open and close the store and process sales transactions.
• Assist with planogram changes and maintain stock room organization.

📋 Requirements

• At least 1 year of retail store experience.
• Communication and time management skills.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to merchandise and lift up to 50 pounds.

✨ Nice to Have

• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Experience with BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Knowledge of KPIs like UPT and ADT.
