Description
You will own the user experience for Enterprise customers on Starlink.com, driving checkout, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing. You'll identify improvements to pricing and go-to-market strategies, support integration of new hardware and services, and engage directly with customers on commercial models and product capabilities. This role is critical to accelerating Starlink's global adoption.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business, or 5+ years professional experience
- 5+ years in technical sales or product management
- 5+ years in a customer-facing role
- Experience in computer networking or software development preferred
- Strong project management, problem solving, and data analysis skills
Responsibilities
- Own Enterprise user experience on Starlink.com including checkout, acquisition, retention, and product marketing
- Identify and develop pricing, product, and go-to-market improvements to drive revenue growth
- Support integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink's portfolio (pricing, operations, sales enablement)
- Engage with customers, answer questions on commercial models and product capabilities
- Oversee technical training and development for team members
