You'll join the firmware team developing core technology for autonomous vehicles like Ghost and Roadrunner, working closely with Electrical Engineering and RF teams to build wireless radio solutions. Your work will span low-level board bring-up to networking protocol design, owning complex firmware features across multiple projects. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Define software architecture for embedded wireless systems
• Implement wireless protocols and vehicle command/control schemes
• Develop low-level device drivers for software-defined radios
• Debug issues spanning electrical, firmware, and software boundaries

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in firmware/embedded software development
• Strong C coding ability for embedded systems
• Experience with microcontroller cores (ARM, AVR, etc.)
• Must be a U.S. Person due to export control

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with bus protocols like SPI, I2C, CAN, WiFi, BLE
• Knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP) and wireless access methods
• Familiarity with power management and low-power design
