💼 About This Role

You'll work directly with the CPO to shape innovative AI products from 0→1 in a fast-moving startup environment. You'll become the central expert on the product, owning the end-to-end experience and turning messy complexity into a clean, simple, integrated UX across all modules. You'll drive higher conversion and lower dropoffs through optimized onboarding and in-app education.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own roadmap and feature definition for onboarding product
• Lead design reviews and propose UX optimizations
• Map full product surface area across modules
• Translate product understanding into onboarding and in-app education

📋 Requirements

• Proven experience optimizing onboarding and driving conversion
• Strong taste in UX/UI and interaction design
• Extremely data-driven with usage signals and customer feedback
• Hands-on, meticulous, and detail-oriented
