📋 Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience as a Release Manager or Deployment Manager in the Banking Domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Hands-on experience preparing Deployment Run Books and managing deployment activities.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for checklists and tracking.
