You'll lead fullstack feature development for a high-traffic AI-powered affiliate platform at Stay22. You'll own features end-to-end, bridging complex backend logic with intuitive user interfaces. This role offers direct impact on scalable solutions in a collaborative team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and implement fullstack features using Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and React.
• Optimize database schemas in PostgreSQL and MongoDB for performance and scalability.
• Lead technical decisions, produce design docs and ADRs for complex initiatives.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers through code reviews and best practices.

📋 Requirements

• 6-8+ years of software development experience with production fullstack applications.
• Expertise in Node.js or Python for server-side development.
• Advanced proficiency in TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks like React.
• Strong experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and cloud infrastructure (GCP preferred).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and Infrastructure as Code.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing (TDD/BDD).
• Background in affiliate marketing or travel tech.
