You'll support large heavy-civil infrastructure programs by combining project controls with modern data analytics. Your core impact is helping teams understand what the data tells them and where performance trends. This role bridges the gap between technical outputs and real-world delivery.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI for cost and schedule analysis.
• Monitor actual costs vs. budget and analyze variances across funding sources.
• Extract, organize, and validate data from PMIS and ERP systems.
• Translate project controls data into decision-ready outputs for stakeholders.

📋 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in project controls or cost analysis.
• Proficiency in Power BI for dashboard and report development.
• Experience with SQL for data extraction and transformation.
• Knowledge of federal funding compliance (FTA, FAA, or state DOTs).

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with Python for data pipelines.
• Experience with earned value management (EVM).
• Familiarity with alternative delivery methods (e.g., design-build).
