You'll investigate and adjudicate client complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements at a global financial services company. 🎯 What You'll Do

  • Investigate and resolve client complaints on order execution, funding, or tax issues
  • Compose clear summaries of issues for escalation to internal departments
  • Compile management information and trend analysis for Compliance
  • Assist other IBKR entities in resolving complaints if necessary

πŸ“‹ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related field
  • Licentiate or Fellow of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland or equivalent legal qualification
  • 2+ years of complaints handling experience in financial services
  • MIFID and Central Bank of Ireland regulations knowledge

  • Solicitor Member of the Law Society of Ireland or Barrister-at-Law
  • Diploma in Compliance from the Institute of Bankers
  • Knowledge of futures, options, CFDs, and equities markets
