You'll investigate and adjudicate client complaints in compliance with regulatory requirements at a global financial services company. You'll ensure fair resolution of issues related to order routing, funding, statements, and customer service. This role offers a hybrid working model and competitive benefits.
π― What You'll Do
- Investigate and resolve client complaints on order execution, funding, or tax issues
- Compose clear summaries of issues for escalation to internal departments
- Compile management information and trend analysis for Compliance
- Assist other IBKR entities in resolving complaints if necessary
π Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Economics, or related field
- Licentiate or Fellow of the Association of Compliance Officers in Ireland or equivalent legal qualification
- 2+ years of complaints handling experience in financial services
- MIFID and Central Bank of Ireland regulations knowledge
β¨ Nice to Have
- Solicitor Member of the Law Society of Ireland or Barrister-at-Law
- Diploma in Compliance from the Institute of Bankers
- Knowledge of futures, options, CFDs, and equities markets
