You'll deliver advanced technical support to enterprise customers for WordPress ecosystems and perform in-depth debugging to resolve complex issues. Collaborate with a globally distributed team focused on stability, security, and operational excellence.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Deliver advanced technical support via ticketing and calls
- Investigate and resolve complex WordPress issues
- Perform in-depth debugging using logs and monitoring tools
- Provide technical guidance on WordPress best practices
๐ Requirements
- WordPress experience (themes, plugins, hooks, WP-CLI)
- Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Customer-facing technical support experience
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP, DNS, Git
โจ Nice to Have
- Familiarity with WooCommerce, Gutenberg, or reverse proxies
- Experience with enterprise-level WordPress hosting
