You'll own daily machining production across CNC machine shop work centers, delivering precision components for next-generation space stations. Your core impact will be leading machinists and supervisors to hit aggressive throughput targets while rapidly identifying and resolving machining constraints. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Own daily machining production across CNC work centers.
• Lead machinists and supervisors to hit throughput targets.
• Identify and resolve machining constraints with engineering teams.
• Drive improvements in cycle time, setup efficiency, and scrap reduction.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace or high-complexity precision machining environments.
• 2+ years leading machinists or production teams in a CNC machine shop.
• Ability to work overtime or weekends to support critical milestones.

• Experience with CNC milling, turning, and multi-axis machining.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and PFMEA.
• Understanding of GD&T and inspection requirements.
