• Ensure successful delivery of services engagements with high quality and customer satisfaction.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years in customer-facing role in a SaaS company serving Accounting Profession.
• 5+ years demonstrated management experience.
• Experience managing a diverse and remote team.
• Demonstrated expertise supporting sales of professional services including SOWs and pricing.

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Caseware's solutions is an asset.
• Experience with change management principles.
• Experience in an Audit/Accounting/Professional Services Firm performing External Audit.
