💼 About This Role

You'll lead a cloud infrastructure platform team at a healthcare technology company rebuilding the business of healthcare. Your core impact is ensuring AWS and Kubernetes uptime, security, and scalability across multiple business units. You'll stay hands-on with Terraform PRs and production debugging while managing team delivery and operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Run day-to-day operations of AWS across multiple accounts and environments.
• Operate Kubernetes platform in production with EKS, ArgoCD, and Helm.
• Maintain and extend infrastructure-as-code with Terraform and Terraform Cloud.
• Drive release engineering, production deployments, and post-mortems.

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience overall.
• 3+ years leading or managing a DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Platform team.
• Deep AWS expertise with VPC, EC2, RDS, S3, IAM, EKS, and multi-account environments.
• Strong Kubernetes and Terraform production experience.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in regulated environments (SOC 2, HIPAA, HITRUST).
• Experience with secure file transfer at scale (SFTP, AWS Transfer Family).
• AWS Solutions Architect Associate or Professional certification.
