🎯 What You'll Do

• Drive deep-dive investigations into KPI shifts to uncover root causes
• Lead and mentor a team of Brand Analysts into strategic co-owners
• Maintain 360-degree oversight of acquisition, CRM, and fraud initiatives
• Bridge business and data science teams for ML model requirements

📋 Requirements

• Commercial or analytical experience in Social Gaming or iGaming
• Strong P&L mindset with business owner mentality
• Leadership experience developing analytical talent
• Technical literacy in SQL and Machine Learning concepts

• Experience with predictive modeling for churn and LTV
• Ability to challenge status quo with second-order questions
