💼 About This Role

You'll be the first point of contact for IT issues in the education sector, providing face-to-face and ticket-based support. You'll resolve technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams. This role includes local travel across Hamilton and Ngatea/Thames.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Document and track issues using a ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.

📋 Requirements

• NZ citizenship or permanent residency
• NZ Driver's License (Full or Restricted)

✨ Nice to Have

• Practical knowledge of Windows 11
• Experience with Azure Active Directory
• Experience with FortiGate firewalls
