You'll create a comfortable and uplifting environment for customers at Knix's Polo Park location, guiding them from greeting to fit to purchase. You'll drive sales goals and enhance customer loyalty through active listening and product expertise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Create a comfortable end-to-end experience for all Knix customers.
• Actively listen to preferences and recommend products.
• Lead product fittings to ensure correct sizing.
• Stay knowledgeable on product assortment and wear it.

📋 Requirements

• Must have work authorization in Canada.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift packages up to 25lbs.
• Ability to stand and move for entire shift.
