You will manage and dispatch client service requests, coordinating with independent contractors and service partners to ensure timely service of process. You'll negotiate fees, maintain relationships, and optimize workflows in a fast-paced legal tech startup.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience in service of process industry or logistics/dispatch
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proven relationship-building with independent contractors or service partners
• Experience negotiating with third-party vendors
• Proficiency in MacOS, Google Suite, and video communication tools

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with service partners to facilitate process service across regions
• Negotiate service fees with partners to stay within budget
• Ensure partners have necessary information and support
• Identify and onboard new service providers nationwide
• Maintain accurate records of communications
