Description

You will provide 1:1 skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients in their homes, including medication administration, wound care, and client assessments. You'll use a touch pad tablet for documentation and have flexible scheduling options.

Requirements

• Current nursing license in good standing in Hawaii
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• 1 year nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 skilled nursing, intervention, and supportive care per care plan
• Administer medication, wound care, and treatments
• Perform client assessments and provide patient/family education
• Monitor patients' condition and document observations and evaluations
• Accurately document care management and services using touch pad tablet
