🎯 What You'll Do

• Talking to service business owners and getting them set up.
• Monitoring customer numbers and intervening when something is off.
• Cleaning up the recruiting funnel or fixing data problems.
• Redesigning broken processes to improve efficiency.

📋 Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a generalist or ops role at a startup.
• Ability to think in systems and make decisions on incomplete information.
• Comfort with chaos and fixing things without blaming the playbook.
• Willingness to work 60–70 hour weeks during growth phases.
