You'll join the Financial Application Development team to provide internal support for NetSuite and other financial systems, investigating issues end-to-end and driving them to resolution. You'll perform system configurations, create reports, and help users work effectively. This role offers opportunities to improve documentation and system setup while working with a global team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide internal customer support through various communication channels
• Investigate issues end to end and identify root causes
• Perform changes in accounting system (NetSuite)
• Create and maintain saved searches and reports

📋 Requirements

• Ability to investigate complex technical issues with accounting understanding
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills
• Basic knowledge of NetSuite
• Background in Finance or Accounting
