Description

You will serve as a trusted consultant guiding Arkansas school districts through IXL implementation. You'll deliver professional development, analyze data, and partner with district leaders to drive effective use of the platform, helping transform teaching and learning with technology.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 5+ years experience delivering K-12 professional development
• Experience as school or district administrator OR extensive PD delivery to those audiences
• Experience leading district or school instructional initiative or curriculum adoption
• Exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Serve as IXL implementation expert for large complex districts
• Partner with district leaders to create and implement professional development plans
• Build relationships with key stakeholders including district leaders, principals, and teachers
• Travel 40-60% within Arkansas to deliver PD and support school visits
• Analyze data to drive decision-making and strategize next steps
